The Hunts

May 18, 2014

One of the biggest reasons I created this blog was because of where I went on Thursday – Nikki and Nick´s Wedding. I had looked forward to that day for so long and it is so sad it is over, but WOW.. what an absolutely fantastic event, to describe it would be very difficult. They both mean so much to me that they could have got married underground and I still would have loved it. It was an amazing day, lovely food and great people which made the day perfect, just perfect.

It kicked off at 1:30pm when Nikki walked down the aisle. I knew she would look stunning, but she took my breath away. She looked so natural and so happy (just like any other day really), but today she was wearing a dress that would make Pippa Middleton look plain. Ok, enough flattering, I think I´ve got my point across.
Afterwards we all took some great photos outside with some canapés and drinks. The sun was shining and I remember thinking, “I don´t want this to end”. I don´t really remember lots after that except the speeches. I knew Nick was so nervous about it, but he blew me away. I don´t know why, but I was not prepared for that. It was THE speech of the day, and that is saying something as they were all so good. If I could I would listen to it over and over again.

In total my camera took 738 photos. Insane, I know, but I told everyone how to use it and pretty much just left it on the table the whole night.

Enough chitchat, here is some photo evidence.

Thank you both so much for making this the best day of the year. All the hard work, hours of organising and effort was truly worth it.
